Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer / Manufacturer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. b) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods of minimum Taka. 27,00,000.00/-(Twenty Seven Lacs) under maximum Two contracts ( spiral wound gaskets/metal gasket items must be included under any contract ) in the last 3 (three) years. c) The Tenderer should have valid update Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement Policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. N.B. (1) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. (2) Tenderer / Manufacturer are requested to visit site -Haripur 412MW CCPP to see sample (as mentioned in Form e-GP3-4 & e-PG3-3A) before submitting offer.
