Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall supply experience in the supply of goods and related services (b) The tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as manufacturer/supplier in the production and/or supplier of similar Goods minimum 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) calender years from the year of Tender opening, each with a contract value at least BDT 7.0 (seven) crore / each with a contract value of 25% of offered quantity along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed supply within last 05 (five) years from the year of Tender notice from electricity utility. Furthermore, the tenderer have to comply with the document stated in the Technical Specification. (c)The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: At least 1/4th of the tendered quantity per month. (d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility(existing with available fund supported by bank statement or unconditional) of 100% of the offered amount for each lot supported by bank statement : (e) The intending Tenderer must have valid updated Trade License (2016-2017), VAT & Income tax clearance certificate (2015-2016). (f) Any conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive.
