Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of maximum 01 (One) contract(s) of Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology within the last 05 years, value of at least Tk 5.5 Crore 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.65 (Two Crore and Sixty-Five Lac) Crore 5. The minimum capacity shall be: 6.00 Crore Details in the Tender Document.
Brief Description of Works :	Construction of One (01) Storied RCC Fish Health Diagnostic Laboratory (FHDL) Building including allied facility building at 03 Locations of Bangladesh (Location- Gopalganj (Gopalganj Sadar), Chottogram (Mirsharai), Khulna (Khulna sadar) with sanitary, plumbing and internal electrification work as specified in the tender document.
