a) Who have experience of same nature of work Tk.3.00 lac in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last 5 (five) years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
b) Required Liquid assets or Working capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK.3.00 Lakh. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer as a proof of liquid assets the statement must be deposited in any scheduled bank in Bangladesh for 03 (three) consecutive working days. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission.
c) Who have minimum Tender capacity not less than his/her tender price.
d) Who have up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
e) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21. 00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000. 364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
f) Satisfying all other criteria laid down in the TDS section 2 & PCC.
NB: In the notice no-11 of the financial year 2021-2022 no more than 03 nos package will be awarded among the 26 nos IDs.
