1) The Minimum number of Years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website. 2) A satisfactory Completion of similar works of Government/ Sami Government/ Autonomous Organization at least Tk. 150,00,000.00(One Hundred Fifty Lakh) under 01(One) Contract over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Hundred Lakh) over the period in best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.65 (Sixty five Lakh). 5) The Quoted Tender will be non-responsive if the Quoted price is more than 10 percent less or 10 percent above of the official cost estimate. 6) Without Containing PE's Memo & Name, Work Order Amount, completed amount, Completion Date, official ref no./memo, e-Mail (if Possible), Experience Certificate/Payment Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process. 7) Bank Statement must be within Publishing date to closing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be considered as Non-Responsive.
8) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document and /or false information will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive'
