Note: By calculating minimum tender capacity, official letter will be issued to the different PE by collecting ongoing works and committed works of the contractor under different PEs. But in case of delay of getting information from respective Pes, the Contract Management System (CMS) of DPHE information will be used to calculate minimum tender capacity. So, it is mandate for each contractor to update the contract information in CMS through all PEs in his own responsibility.
