Eligibility of Tenderer :	All Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions are required. 1. Valid VAT Registration Certificate. 2. Valid Trade License. 3. Valid TIN Certificate. 4. The Minimum period of general experience of the Tenderer (for similar type of goods) shall be 05 (five) years. 5. A Satisfactory Competition of similar type of works experience at least Tk. 3.00 (Three lac) only under single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required. 6. The required average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than or equal Tk. 2.50 (Two lac fifty thousand) only over the last 5 (five) years. 7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2.50 (Two lac fifty thousand) only. The issue date of bank Certificate/Statement must be within the tender notice date and submission date of the tender by the successful tenderer. Â
