1. Valid Trade Licence,VAT, e-TIN certificate and return submission certificate. 2. Documentary evidence of the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation. 3. Documentary evidence of the minimum specific experience in similar works like water pipe system maintenance or plumbing works of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 300000 in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation. 4. Documentary evidence of the required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 250000 over the last 3 years. 5. Documentary evidence of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 400000.
