The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 lakh over the last 5 (five) years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 10 lakh. 4. The minimum capacity shall be 8 lakh. Time will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
