Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participants in Procurement Process. b) Required Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in similar nature of works counting backward from the date of tender publication in News Paper. c) Having experience in successful completion of atleast one number of similar nature of works not less then Tk.6.00 lakh only in a single work order and tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.6.00 Lakh (Six lakh) only in the form of PG3 mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (Twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities. conditional Bank certificates treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted. f) The tenderer must possess: i) Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to trade license certificate, National ID.
