Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomus, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have a) valid trade license with up to date renewal. b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. c) VAT registration Certificate. 2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 15, 00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 15, 00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh). over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. A satisfactory completion of surface irrigation channel (lined) construction works of at least Taka 14,00,000/-(Fourteen Lakh) under maximum 2 (Two) number of contract over a period of last 5(five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required. 5. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS) 6. Bidder will be allowed to bid for all lot but no bidder will be consider for more than 1(one) lot
