Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. A satisfactory completion of Construction of similar interrior decoration works under Govt./Semi Govt./Sector Corporation amounting not less than Tk. 1,00,00,000/-(One crore ) in a single work order within last three years.Work order and completion certificate shall have to be enclosed. 02. Tender document shall have to be submitted along with necessary Tender Security in favour of the Procuring Entity ,SE, Civil Works,DPDC & attached copies of all other necessary documents . 03. All other Terms & Conditions will be available in the Tender document. 04. The tenderer shall have to submit along with the tender document attested photocopies of up to date Trade License Certificate, IT & VAT Certificate, Liquid Asset/ Solvency Certificate & Required Average Annual Turnover , ABC supervisory license as per Tender Document . 05. The tenderers whose trade license is valid for DPDC area , only they will be eligible to submit bids for this tender. 06. The tenderer shall have a Civil Engineer with membership of IEB. IEB membership certificate shall have to be enclosed. 07.The tenderer shall have a Diploma Engineer with at least three years of experience. Diploma certificate and experience certificate shall have to be enclosed. 08.The tenderer shall have an architect with at least five years of experience in civil construction work and interor designing decoration with membership of IAB. IAB membership certificate shall have to be enclosed. 09. Joint venture will not be allowed.
