This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below. 1) (a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) years. (b) Specific Experience: Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works for corresponding Lot(s) under any Government/semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years amounting not less than Tk. 3.00 Lac in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT. 2) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 3) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting TK 20.00 Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK. 5.50 Lac. 5) The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and Original Money receipt. 6) Must have up to date ABC Contractor Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
