Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer shall be the manufacturer or authorized distributor/agent of the foreign manufacturer for brands as mentioned in the price & delivery schedule of the tender document. 2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience for supply of three phase centrifugal pump set & related service in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper 3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply/repair works of centrifugal pump set of minimum Tk.10,00,000.00 under single contracts in the last five years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. All experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an executive engineer. 5. The tenderer shall have: I. a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case of the tenderer is an authorized distributor/agent of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate. II. valid & updated trade license III. valid TIN & VAT registration certificate IV. updated income tax clearance certificate
