Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below as further detailed in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) as well as Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of the Tender Document. a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) year. b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) No. contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years (having minimum 10 storied single building or multiple bulding in a complex those of which minimum one will be 10 storied) with a value of at least Tk. 30(Thirty) Crore at Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body or Organization in Bangladesh.In case of work done at Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body or Organization the certifying authority shall be not below the rank of Executive Engineer of that Organization. c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit as per Form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this Purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 100000000 (Ten Crore) only. The Supporting Bank Document submitted along with the Tender must be issued in between Publication date & Submission date of the Tender. d) Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC category Contractory License (License must be issued in favour of his own organization) & Electrical Supervisory Certificate from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
