1. General Years of Experience: Minimum 07 years and specific Experience in this field: Minimum 05 years.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 125.00 Lakh (BDT One Crore and Twenty Five Lakh) under single contracts during the last 03 years in any Govt./Semi-Govt. organization in Bangladesh.(Work order , Contract copy and work completion certificate must be provided with the bid documents).
3. The tenderer must have ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
4. The Supplier must have minimum 5 certified installer (Hardware Engineer) for passive network and minimum 3 certified engineers (Software Engineer) for Active part in-house.
5. Minimum 3 years warranty for all active parts must be given from the OEM.
6. The tenderer must submit manufacturer authorization for all active and passive component.
7. The Supplier must have Membership of Bangladesh Association of Digital Security and Automation (BADSA).
8. The Supplier should have ABC Electrical Contractor License from Electrical Licensing Board.
9. The Supplier must have Membership of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
10. The Supplier must have updated Import Registration Certificate (IRC) and Export Registration Certificate (ERC).
11. Supplier should have membership of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce (DCCI).
