Eligibility of Tenderer :	All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities. i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/construction works. ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar or Building Construction Works of Tk 23.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed. iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.86.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.29.00 Lac, Lac supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document.
