Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of Overall Experience. 2. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals and filters in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 2,25,00000.00 (Taka Two Crore Twenty-five Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals and RO Filters amounting less than BDT 10,000,000.00 (Taka One Core Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation]. 3. The minimum supply capacity of different WTP RO membrane Filters and Accessories is 150 Pieces which must be certified by the Manufacturer. 4. The Tenderer shall have to return the wasted and replaced filters and accessories (f&a) after the contracted f&a are being installed and shall have to recycle or dispose off the wasted and replaced f&a as per the applicable guidelines of ISO and DoE (Department of Environment) if awarded the contract. During tender submission a declaration shall have to be submitted to Procuring Entity regarding returning the wasted and replaced filter & accessories (f&a).
