Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Minimum 10 years experience in car business as a registered company/ entity in Bangladesh. 2.A minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply and maintenance of car and related services. 3.Should have at least 5 (Five) Work Order of supply and maintenance of car and related services for Government Sector. The minimum project value of each work order should be at least 2.5 crore taka in public sector. 4.Should have at least 5 (Five) Work Order for the car supply projects for Government Sector 5.Bidder must have delivery experience of 50 cars in last 5 years. 6.Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital of BDT 1.10 Crore. 7.Average annual turnover for a minimum of BDT 16.5 Crore in last 3 years. Please provide last three years’ Audit Report. 8.Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender. 9.Must have Export & Import License. 10.Must have a valid up to date Trade License (2021-22) and provide last 5 years Trade License Certificate; Register of Joint stock Company (RJSC) Certificate; TIN Certificate; VAT Registration Certificate; Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate and manufacturer authorization certificate. 11.10 units order at a single contract of last 5 years. 12.The bidder has to provide maintenance services free for the first year. 13.Joint Venture is not allowed. 14.Bidder must have own service center. 15.Bidder must provide after sales services. 16.Bidder must have completion certificate.
