1. Tenderer Must have valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with latest income tax certificate and VAT registration number.
2. General experience(work completion certificate) of theTenderer in the supply of Similar Goods shall be minimum One (1) years.
3. The minimum specific experience(work completion certificate) of similar works of at least one (1) contract successfully completed with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Taka five lac only) in last one year from issue date of notice.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets(certified by proper authority), net of other contractual commitments, i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be as per Tender Document.
5. Last year tax return submission documents.
6. Tenderer ownership must be same for the period from tender submission to bill payment.
7. Do not need to submit any additional documents other than requirements.
8. Other requirements/criteria as specified in TDS.
