1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 2. Tenderer Should have Bank Statement/Line of Credit reflecting minimum 4 (Four) lakh Taka as liquid asset. 3. Tenderer should submit proper documents against 4 (Four) Lakh Taka annual turnover for last 2 (Two) years. 4. Tenderer should have experience on similar works ( Cutting grass, Jungle and shrub including removing weeds/Lawn grass cutting, dressing and removing debris/ sweeping, cleaning & brooming.etc.) of an amount of minimum 3 (three) Lakh Taka in a single contract within last 3 (three) years.
