*Tenderers are restrained or barred from participating in public Procurement on grounds of poor performance in the past under any Contract from any govt./Semi-govt./Corporation/autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participating in the tender.
*Tenderer shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
*Tenderer shall provide such evidence of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the PE,as the PE will reasonably request.
