Key Qualifications: 1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 7.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9.00 Lac over the last 05 years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.9.00 lac. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
4.Tenderers must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates if the total quoted price is more than 10.00% (Ten percent) above/less of the official engineers estimate.
5. Experience as a Subcontractor or Management contractor will not be considered eligible for this Tender.
6.If any false certificate has been found in the scrutiny of the tender document, tender secuirity will be forfeited.
