The Tenderers are requested to follow the TDS :

1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED.
2. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Mymensingh.
3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the evaluation committee (ifnecessary) & PE.
4. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
Note: : The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7. The Tenderers are requested to strictly follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned sections of PSN document.
