Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) A satisfactory completion of similar works (Supply, Installation and Maintenance Support Service of Dedicated Data Connectivity Band width Line full duplex) of at least Tk. seven lac (7,00,000/-) under a single of contract(s) over a period of last three (03) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required. b) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, is solvent, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, must have valid ISP license c) Tenderer must have experience in providing data connectivity service in a power generation/transmission/distribution company. c) Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
