Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/ Supplier. The Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 2 years overall experience in manufacturing similar goods. The Supplier shall have a minimum of 2 years overall experience in the supply of similar goods. A supplier must have the authorization of the manufacturer. In both cases certificate should be enclosed issued by an officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (b) The Tenderer shall have i) updated trade license, ii) VAT, TIN, and BIN registration Certificate, Financial Solvency certificate copies of this paper must be enclosed with the tender. others terms and conditions specified at ITT, TDS, PCC, and annexures in the Tender Document. (c) Tenderer shall submit a sample of goods in BMDA Regional store before submission of the tender recipe of the sample submission shall attach the tender document.
