Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive. 5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee. 6. The Contractor shall keep records of steel and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost. 7. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 17 Lakh only.
In case of the credit certificate from bank, specific package and name of the work must be shown in the certificate and credit certificate to be issued with official memo no & date of Bank within 14 days before deadline for submission of the tender. No alteration or change in language or condition in Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) as uploaded in Section.7 shall be accepted.
Note: The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications).

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00 Lakh over the last 5(Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp website/newspaper)

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 25 lakh under single number of contract(s) over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
