Eligibility of Tenderer :	All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification and other criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of the tender document. The following conditions shall be taken into consideration: 1. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice. 2. The Bidders who have works pending under this jurisdiction which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender. 3. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. N.B: a) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing qualification informations and evidences regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects. b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 2 of Standard Tender Document.

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 17.00 Lakh.	The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 17.00 Lacs i) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable only in the form of (Form PG2-5) mentioning the name of single work and single Tender ID. ii) Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit containing multiple Tender ID will be strictly considered as Non responsive. iii) Bank solvency certificate will not be allowed as liquid asset. iv) Bank Statement will not be entertained.
