1.Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. Updated Trade License
b. Updated Income Tax Certificate
c. Updated VAT/BIN certificate
d. Updated liquid Asset? Credit Line/ Bank Solvency Certificate
e. Written Confirmation authorizing the signatory of the tenderer including National ID
f. Audit report- last 03 (three) years
g. Company Profile (including Manpower with supporting documents)
h. Factory / Printing press with equipment / store list. The tenderer must have own machinery. No contractual machine will be considered.
i. Environment and Fire Brigade Certificate.
2. The bidder must have Certificate from Bangladesh Printing Industry Association / society. Documents related to enlistment at Bangladesh Government Press.
3. The bidder must have Membership certificate from Binding association (like Pustok Bandhai Baosayee Somitee) approved by Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh.
4. Joint venture and sub contract will not be allowed.
5. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar goods (Supply of printing goods / publication of books for NTBC) in government / Semi government / Autonomous organization in last 03 (three) years in maximum 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of minimum Tk. 9 Lakh (Nine Lakh Only ). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
6. Work Completion Certificate of the supply of similar goods with work order (Supply of printing goods / publication of books for NTBC) in government / Semi government / Autonomous organization in last 03 (three) years.
7. Sample catalogue of the goods compiling the technical specifications must be submitted.
8. Any fake or False documents submitted by the supplier / tenderer will be blacklisted / debarred and taken legal action as per PPR.
