If not, Tenderer will be declared technically non-responsive. 3. Tenderer shall have to supply each and every required items accurately as per required specifications. If not, then the Contract will be terminated. 4. Tenderer shall have experience of supplying similar Goods to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least 1 (one) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.5 (Two point Five lac). (Contract Agreement and Work Completion Certificate must be submitted). 5. Minimum Liquid Asset shall be 3.5 (Three point Five) Lakh BDT.
