Eligibility of Tenderer :	As per TDS and the following; 1) The minimum years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Supply of Agricultural Produces Quality Testing Laboratory Equipment (Pesticide Residue Detector) and Related equipment with services by the Supplier shall be 5 (five) years. 2) The minimum Specific experience as a Supplier of Agricultural Produces Quality Testing Laboratory Equipment (Pesticide Residue Detector) and Related equipment with services of at least 1 contract (s) successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 90 lac. 3) Updated Valid Trade License 4) Income Tax Certificate 5) Vat Registration Certificate 6) Original Catalogue and Brochure 7) Authorization letter from the manufacturer for Distributor/Supplier must be submitted with tender documents 8) The Supplier Should have an Authorization Letter of Distributor/Importer (If any) 9) The Supplier should have established an Office keeping its own office staff, 10) The Supplier Should have a Technical Expert for Installation and maintenance of the equipment successfully and provide training for the officials required by Procuring Entity (PE) 11) The Supplier must be submitted their Audited Financial Statement for the latest two years (2021, 2020). 12) ISO Certificate
