The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements 1) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five years. 2) Experience of Prime or Sub Contract in a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 10.00 Lac's (Ten Lac's) completed within last 5 years. 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac (Ten Lac's) Only. In case of available credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender Reference No. The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission. If bank statement submitted as a proof of liquid asset than the minimum required amount shall have to be retained into the account until the completion of evaluation of the tender.
