-Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.

** If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer.
** In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments. If the tenderer failed submit declaration for multiple number of contract by using the format which is attached on the particular specification, he may disqualify at the tender evaluation.
** If any tenderer submit bank commitment letter with changing any word/sentence or adding any word/sentence of the prescribed format of CPTU which is attached on particular specification, he may not consider for tender evaluation.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 lakh best five years over last ten years
