1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 18.00 lakh under 04 (four) of contracts over a period of last ten years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 lakh best five years over last ten years
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 lakh only.
5. Incase of above and unbalanced less quoted rate for all item or any specific item, rate analysis should be submitted. Otherwise tender may be reject.
6. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer.
7. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments.If the tenderer failed submit decleration for multiple number of contract by using theformat which is attached on the particular specification, he may disqualify at the tender evaluation.
8. If any tenderer submit bank commitment leter with changing any word/sentence or adding any word/sentence of the prescribed format of CPTU which is attached on particular specification,he may not consider for tender evaluation.
9. Experience as a subcontractor will not be taken into account.

-Banking instrument - authenticated bybank statement, savings instrument from any scheduled bank.
-Working capital - authenticated by recent past Audit Reports.
-Credit facilities - authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
-Credit line - authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3), without alteration.
-Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
