Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer must submit NID, TIN Certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate. 2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) Years of General experience in the completion of similar kinds of works. 3. The Tenderer shall have Specific Experience in supplying mechanical equipments to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization of at least 2 lakh BDT (Two Lakh) under a single contract within the last 3 (Three) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2 (Two) Lac. (Bank Solvency Certificate). 5. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 2 (Two) Lac BDT over the last 3 (Three) Years. 6. Tenderer must fill-up the Technical Specifications and Compliance sheet.
