Eligibility of Tenderer :	(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT- Tk: 170.00 (One Hundred Seventy) Lac Over the last 05 (Five) years. (3) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the construction work as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of least BDT- 100.00 Lac (One Hundred Lac) (4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT-35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract (5) The minimum capacity shall be: TK = 100.00 Lac (One Hundred Lac)
