This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Furniture. (b) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 02 (Two) Number of similar natures of Furniture supplies worth no less than Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh in a single contract during last 5(Five)years. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be Tk.43 (Forty-three) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form (Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. (d) Updated Trade License with main Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, all other required conditions as mentioned in tender documents must be fulfilled. (e) Tenderer must have their own manufacturing palnts with automated seasoning plant and UV Lacquer certificate, proof to be submitted. (f) FSC Certificate for own manufacturing plant must be submitted by the tenderer (FSC: Forest Steward Ship Council).
(g) ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, Environment clearance certificate for factory, Valid credit rating report of the farm/company, Valid fire license, Factory insurance certificate, NoC for factory issued from city corporation and All necessary Catalogs for Furniture must be submitted.
