This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor is successfully completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Similar nature (civil related construction/repair) work Amount in Tk. 2 (two) Lacs in a single Contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3(three) years. c) The required Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.5 (two lacs fifty thousand) for within the last 3 (three) years. Payment Certificates for Contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Average Annual Turnover. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 2.5 (two lacs fifty thousand).Other formats/documents are not acceptable. e) Up to date Trade license. f) Up to date Vat registration certificate. g) Up to date Tax clearance Certificate.
