Eligibility of Tenderer :	All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document. The following conditions shall be considered: 1. As per consent of CPTU, the tenderers shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system – TDMS. 2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time. 3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. 4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. 5. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC. 6. The Tenderer must have E-Tin certificate with acknowledgement slip of income tax Return of Last(2020-2021) financial year. 7. The Tenderer must have Up to date and 13 digit VAT registration certificate. 8.The Tenderer must have Asphalt Batch Mix Plant (production capacity not less than 80 tonne/hour) of his own in full running condition located in Narayanganj District. N.B.: 1. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects. 2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document
