Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.60.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 85.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 28.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. Income tax clearance certificate (2021-22) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2021-2022). Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
