Tenderer must have the following documents. 1. Valid up to Date trade license. 2. Up to Date TIN certificate. 3. Up to Date VAT registration certificate. 4. Affidavit certificate (ownership deed). 5. Bank solvency certificate. 6. Up to Date ABC electric license. 7. Work experience for the similar work. 8. Valid Bid security. 9. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover (work completion certificate is mandatory). 10. Documentary evidence of liquid assets(Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate). 11. Evidence of Tender Capacity. 12. The bidder shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history. 13. Site investigation report mentionead civil work requirement (With signature of Project Manager; Assistant Engineer, Maniknagar 230/132kV Grid Sub-Station) must be submitted. 14.All other criteria laid down in the TDS and PCC. N.B: If any false/forged information is provided by the organization/Firm/Company in the above database or if such false/forged information is identified during tender evolution or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule of PPR 2008. If any document comprising mentioned in ITT Clause 10.1 is not submitted along with tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive.
