1. All the tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through e-GP portal.
2. All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.

Special Instruction:

1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender document and entering into a Contract for execution of the works.
3. Detail Breakdown of the item Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 25.1
4. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown of the item rates of the BOQ items) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
5. BWDB Template has been attached in section 7 (General Specification).
6. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).
