» The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital, or unconditional credit line, or credit facilities or bank
balance shall be Tk 60.00 Lakh.
Supporting necessary documents required are as follows :
- Working Capital : authenticated by audit report not earlier than FY 2020-21 ; or
[if the tender submission date is within November than please mention the previous Financial Year i.e. FY 2019-20]
- Credit Line : authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line in accordance
with the format as specified “Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit”, without alteration
(Attached in Section: 8).
- Credit Facilities : authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not
earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract; or
- Bank Balance : authenticated by bank statement with day-end closing balance from any scheduled bank issued
not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract; or
NOTE:

N= Completion time of the proposed work in years [N≥1]
B= Value of existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years]

» The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 150.00 Lakh.

A=Maximum value of works performed in any one year during last 05 (Five) years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years [N≥1]

» The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress
or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 210.00 Lakh only over
the last 05 (Five) years.
NOTE:
1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.
2. Payment received certificates (i.e. payment with showing amount of VAT, amount of IT etc) for construction
works, issued by relevant Procuring Entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover. Otherwise the tender
will be Technically Non-Responsive.
(Information must be submitted according to the “Form 3” attached in “Section: 8”)

» A satisfactory completion of Bridge Works(RCC/PSC) as a prime contractor in construction works of at least Tk 105.00
Lakh only under maximum 01 (one) number of contract(s) over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.

1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.
2. Tenderers shall attach relevant certificate under public sector issued by the Procuring Entity (ies).
(The certificate must be submitted according to the “Form 1” attached in “Section: 8”)

» A satisfactory completion of Bridge Works as a prime contractor in construction works of at least Tk 105.00 Lakh only under maximum 04 (Four) number of contract(s) over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.

NOTE:

1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.

2. Tenderers shall attach relevant certificate under public sector issued by the Procuring Entity (ies).
