(a) Tenders from all eligible countries. b) A Satisfactory Completion of Similar works of at least Tk. 13.00 (Thirteen) Lac under Summation of max. 4 (four) numbers of contracts over a period of last (ten) 10 years (c) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund) shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lac over the best 5(five) years over the last 10 (Ten) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities of credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk Tk 7.00 (Seven) lac - Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract.
