(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities of credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 7.00 (Seven) lac - Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract.
