Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :

a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in construction works.
b)Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of simililar nature of work minimum Tk 38.00 lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years .In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk 98.00 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP..
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related work (the name of work).
(e) Tender Capacity shall be 44.00 lac.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.

g)The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate (2021-2022).
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license (2021-2022).

iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license (2021-2022).
