Technical Terms and Conditions:
a. Original Manufacturer Color printed product catalogue for offered model in English version must be submitted along with the offer.
b. Bill of Materials(BOM) with descriptions, Quantity,Unit Price, & Total price must be submitted along with the offer.
c. Bidder should mention the model No., Brand Name, Manufacturer, Country of Origin.
d. The Bidder must submit the Importer/ Dealership Authorization Letter/ Certificate along with the offer otherwise technically not accepted.
e. Bidder submit the original pad/cash memo/ invoice of supplying product. Which will be attached issue quality Certificate, Otherwise technically not accepted.
