The Tenderer qualification criteria as follow (details see in the TDS):
(a) Similar nature of works at least Tk. 15.50 lac under a single contract over the last 5(five) years.
(b) Average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 40.00 lac over the last 3(three) years.
(c) Liquid assets or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 Lac.
Note: All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Notice, other wise the tenderer will be treat as rejceted or Non-responsive.
1. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
2. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE Or Construction Turnover form the Income Tax Office.
3. Liquid assets shall remain until Contract Award (after the date of tender Publication). In case of credit facilities; the evidence must be mentioned the Tender ID & Name of works in e-GP Prescript Form.
4. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than 10% (Ten percent) compared to the approved rate / RHD rate schedule 2015, then the tenderer must submit the rate analysis for that item according to the RHD Rate Analysis Format.
5. The Tenderer requested that not uploaded the file in type of Ms. word / Excel. If the tenderer attached uploaded files are corrupt or containing virus or are unreadable for any reason, will not be considered.
6. No Joint Venture (JV) firm is entertained this Tender.
