• The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract. • Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. • The Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices • The Tenderer is solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement. • The Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Emergency Repair works at damaged portion of Road pavement by providing Earth work, HBB, Brick flat soling , Construction of Brick Masonary U-Drain and protective work by Bullah Palisiding Work & sand bag placing works at 4th , 6th km. of Baraitali – Mognamaghat Road (Z-1002) under Cox’s bazar Road Division in the financial year 2016-2017.
