The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and goods related services. b) The tenderer should have successful completion experience on supplying of similar goods and related services ( Simplex Brand fire alarm System work ) in a work order amounting not less than Tk.8.00 lac during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 lac. (d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. (e) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) VAT Registration Certificate,(iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body. (f) Manufacture’s authorization letter from Simplex Brand
(g) The Supplied card should be comply with existing diesel engine which is interface with simplex brand fire system installed in BEPZA Complex.
(h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and its amendment.
